I was working torturously long hours as a Realtor.
I would meet with homeowners at potential properties at all times of the day just to try and keep up with the local competitors and I rarely ever got to spend time with my family.
The competition between realtors and brokers was getting steeper and steeper as the months went on and to be honest…
I was losing the will to carry on. I was constantly running on empty. I became increasingly frustrated that I kept missing out on important milestones and life events.
I was tired of my partner trying to hide her sorrow every time I said: “I’m going to be working late again tonight.”
So, when I came across this whole “Middle Man” concept…
...That required minimal upfront cost…
...Would give me more time freedom than any other business model could…
...And had the potential to increase my earning [x]-figures/month...
I jumped at the chance to learn more. At first, I was skeptical.
No license? No down payment? No ownership?
Part-time hours for more than I’ve ever earned in a full-time position?
I think I even blurted out “is this some kind of scam?” But nevertheless, I stuck around to find out more because I was so desperate for something - anything - to work.
And boy am I glad that I did…
Because just [X] months later, I successfully closed my first Middle Man deal and waved goodbye to my draining real estate career.
